If you like beer, you will also enjoy brewing it yourself! – But how, without a brewery in the cellar? That’s exactly what we’ll show you at the Brew Your Own Beer event in Fulda, where you’ll actually brew your own beer and can take it home with you. When you book, you can choose which beer you would like to brew: brown ale, lager, weissbeer or pale ale are available. During the event, you will brew 4 litres of beer under the guidance of your beer coach. You will be served hearty snacks to go with the beer. Of course, non-alcoholic drinks are also available.

You won’t find any vineyards in Fulda today, but the long and traditional connection to wine is (not only) visible in the monument to the Spätlesereiter.

The legend of the famous Spätlesereiter dates back to the 18th century, when Johannisberg Castle belonged to the Hochstift of Fulda. Follow us on the trail of the Spätlesereiter and the origin of the Spätlese. Not only will you learn interesting facts about the wine connection, but also taste the differences. For an accompanying person we charge 28.00 euros per night including breakfast for the companion. Please inform us in advance that you will be bringing a companion.

Until what time can I check in?

The hotel reception is open 24 hours a day, so in principle you can check in all night.

Are there any restrictions or conditions for dogs in the meeting room?

Yes, there is one condition. If a dog is brought into the meeting room, there is a cleaning fee of 150 euros per day.

We have been to many hotels in the world, but here in this hotel everything fits. Spotlessly clean rooms, friendly staff, no matter what area. The food is very tasty, and the price is okay. If we come to Fulda again, we will stay at this hotel once more. The town centre is less than 500 metres away and there is an underground car park.

Excellent hotel in Fulda. Ideal for trainings, conventions etc. Beautiful and well-maintained rooms. Very good food, whether at lunch or in the evening. Rich breakfast buffet, something for everyone. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend the hotel without hesitation.

The close location to the baroque old town, but also to the train station is very ideal! Everything was very clean and the huge shower was great! The bed was very comfortable and the room facilities with the option of making a coffee or tea were excellent. The staff were very nice, helpful and cheerful in all areas. The food in the restaurant was very, very good and the bar was a great place to end the evening. The staff there were also great – you felt very welcome as a guest!
